These terms apply to the use of this website and to services supplied by Globynix Solutions. Where a signed project agreement or subscription contract exists, that document takes precedence over anything here. Last updated September 2026.
1. About us
Globynix Solutions, established in 2019, provides website and mobile application development, SEO and digital marketing, e-commerce solutions, billing software, astrology software, GPS tracking hardware and software, and ERP systems for educational institutions.
2. Use of this website
You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to transmit anything unlawful or malicious.
All content on this site — text, design, graphics, code and the Globynix Solutions and VahanConnect names and logos — is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.
3. Quotations and project scope
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the scope described in the proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins — we do not add charges retrospectively.
Project timelines assume timely provision of content, approvals, access credentials and feedback. Delays on those items move the delivery date correspondingly.
4. Payments
- Development projects are billed against milestones, typically starting with an advance to commence work
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Hardware is payable before dispatch unless credit terms are agreed in writing
- Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice
- All prices are exclusive of GST unless expressly marked otherwise
We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold deliverables where invoices remain unpaid well beyond their due date, after giving reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual property and handover
On full payment for a custom development project, ownership of the delivered source code, design files and content passes to you. Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your name.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools and product platforms — including VahanConnect, our school ERP and our billing software — which are licensed to you for use rather than transferred. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
Unless you ask us not to, we may reference the project in our portfolio in general terms.
6. GPS hardware, SIM and subscriptions
GPS devices carry a one-year replacement warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of installation. The warranty does not cover physical damage, water ingress, unauthorised tampering, incorrect fitment by third parties, accident damage or theft.
Devices are supplied with an M2M SIM whose data is included in the platform subscription. The SIM remains our property and may not be removed or used in other equipment.
Tracking accuracy depends on GPS satellite visibility and mobile network coverage, neither of which we control. Data recorded while a vehicle is outside network coverage is stored on the device and uploaded when coverage returns.
Subscriptions renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. Platform access and historical data may be suspended where a subscription lapses.
7. Software subscriptions and support
Subscription products are provided on an as-available basis. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we schedule planned maintenance outside business hours wherever possible.
Development projects include a warranty period during which defects in delivered functionality are corrected at no charge. Beyond that, support is provided under an annual maintenance contract. New features are always quoted separately from defect fixes.
8. Client responsibilities
- Providing accurate content, data and requirements
- Keeping account credentials secure and confidential
- Using our services lawfully, including obtaining any consents required for tracking employees or vehicles
- Maintaining your own backups of business-critical data where you self-host
- Informing us promptly of faults so they can be addressed
9. SEO and marketing services
Search rankings are determined by search engine algorithms we do not control. We commit to a defined scope of work and transparent reporting each month, not to specific ranking positions. Any agency guaranteeing a number-one position should be treated with caution.
Results typically take three to six months to become meaningful and depend on competition, existing site authority and market conditions.
10. Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in question during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost profits, lost business, loss of data, or losses arising from vehicle theft, accidents or driver conduct — save where such exclusion is not permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice. On termination, you pay for work completed and costs committed up to that date, and we hand over deliverables and data for anything already paid for.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, India. We will always attempt to resolve a disagreement through direct discussion first.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time you engage us is the one that applies to that engagement.
