Vehicle Tracking System

Vehicle Tracking That Shows More Than a Moving Dot

Live location every ten seconds, fuel theft alerts, driver scoring and reports that pay for the system in the first quarter.

Vehicle Tracking System services by Globynix Solutions
Overview

Tracking is the easy part. Acting on it is the point.

A dot moving on a map is not a return on investment. What saves money is the alert when a tanker stops for forty minutes off-route at 2am, the fuel graph showing a 40-litre drop while the engine was off, and the monthly report ranking drivers by harsh braking so you know who needs training before an accident happens.

VahanConnect, our tracking platform, is built around that idea. Live positions refresh every ten seconds, history replays for the last twelve months, and the alert engine watches for over-speeding, geofence breaches, unauthorised night movement, prolonged idling, fuel drops, harsh driving and device tampering — pushed to you by app, SMS or email the moment they occur.

It works across mixed fleets. Trucks, buses, taxis, construction equipment, cold-chain vehicles and two-wheelers all report into one dashboard, with role-based access so a branch manager sees only their vehicles while you see everything.

  • Live location refreshed every 10 seconds with 12-month history replay
  • Fuel sensor integration with theft and refill alerts to the litre
  • AIS-140 compliant devices for commercial and school transport
  • Driver scorecards from harsh braking, acceleration and cornering data

The outcome

What actually changes for you

Technology is the means. These are the results our clients notice in the first quarter.

  • Route deviations and unauthorised trips visible immediately
  • Insurance and maintenance costs lowered by better driving
  • Delivery ETAs you can give customers with confidence

FAQ

Vehicle Tracking System questions

The things clients ask most often before starting a vehicle tracking system project.

Ask on WhatsApp

Every 10 seconds while the vehicle is moving and every few minutes when parked, which conserves data and battery. Update frequency is configurable per vehicle if a particular route needs tighter granularity.

Yes, with a calibrated capacitive fuel sensor fitted to the tank. Consumption is graphed continuously, and any sudden drop — particularly with the ignition off — raises an immediate alert showing the exact time, location and quantity. This is usually the single feature that pays for the system.

Our AIS-140 range is certified for commercial and school transport, including the emergency panic button and backend integration requirements mandated for permit vehicles. We also supply standard OBD and hardwired trackers for private vehicles and asset tracking.

The device stores position data internally and uploads the full track the moment coverage returns, so remote-route history stays complete with no gaps in the replay.

Yes. The parent app shows only their child's bus, with live location, ETA to the stop, and boarding and alighting notifications when RFID cards are used. Parents cannot see other routes or any other child's data.

A one-time cost for the device and fitment, then a modest monthly or annual subscription per vehicle covering the SIM, data, platform access, apps and support. Volume pricing applies from ten vehicles upward.
